The muffle shown is used in a continuous high temperature bright
annealing operation. Its construction features deep corrugated top
and sides, full length corrugated bottom and removable hearth

| RADIANT TUBES |
 Utilizing all cast, all wrought or a combination of both types of materials, IPS Stanwood radiant tubes can be produced in all configurations. The tube pictured is constructed of all cast material and is fully machined and ready for installation. As with all IPS Stanwood tubes, it has been triple checked for soundness of welds and is absolutely gas tight. For heat treating, steel making, high temperature coatings, (or any other application) IPS Stanwood is the source for high quality radiant tubes. |

HONEYCOMB TRAYS |
 The
tray featured is used by a large automotive supplier to braze
complicated assemblies at a high temperature in a roller hearth
furnace. IPS Stanwood honeycomb trays provide high strength to
weight ratio, which allows more work and less alloy to be processed
in you furnace. The tray design is reversible to help extend service
life and to provide a constant flat surface for your parts. IPS
Stanwood honeycomb trays are available in many alloys and sizes to
guarantee the best solution for your specific application. |
| CENTERPOST FIXTURE |
The centerpost lifting fixture shown is used by a major machine tool builder to solve not one, but several problems. The configuration allows for a wide range of fixturing locations to handle the maximum number of part types, while providing each part with adequate support. The fixture is light weight in relation to load size, but its articulated design quenches with minimal distortion. IPS Stanwood has innovative fixture designs for your top or bottom load furnaces, including vacuum, fluid bed, pit annealing or carburizing types in cast or wrought materials.

is a rod frame heat treating basket featuring all pressure welded
intersections, rugged double top frame, extra side reinforcement and
multipoint stacking areas. IPS Stanwood baskets are constructed in a
wide selection of alloys that are MIG, TIG or pressure welded, based
on the method that will provide maximum service life. Since IPS
Stanwood has the largest selection of basket styles in the industry,
we are sure to have a basket to provide the solution to your heat
treat processing needs. |
| RETORT/HOOD |
 IPS
Stanwood retort/hoods can be fabricated in many styles, large or
small, using superior fabricating, machining and welding techniques
to meet the most critical of high temperature processing
requirements. The retort/hood pictured is used by a major aircraft
engine manufacturer to heat treat large jet engine components. The
critical nature of these parts requires a retort that is strong and
completely gas tight, a requirement that IPS Stanwood can meet with
ease. |
